Excel Consumer Products sells NeemShield products through this online store.

Return requests

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery by emailing excelconsumerproducts@gmail.com or calling/WhatsApping +91 98937 96086. Please include your order number, name, contact details and reason for the request.

For a change-of-mind return, the product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping for a change-of-mind return will be paid by the customer. Please contact us before sending any item back so we can share the return instructions and address.

Damaged, defective, incorrect or late orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description—or is delivered later than the delivery schedule shown at checkout—please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and photos if relevant.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, return or refund, as applicable. This policy does not limit any rights available under applicable law.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method within 14 days of approval, subject to payment-provider processing times and applicable law. Shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns, unless required by law.

Order cancellation

To request cancellation before dispatch, contact us with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Contact us and we will explain the options available.
